Founded in 1982 in Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, FFA Advogados was born from the vision of Drs. Celso Ferrareze and Gilberto Freitas and has become a national reference in ethical and innovative legal practice. With over 40 years of experience, the firm operates through 25 offices across Brazil and a highly qualified team, offering comprehensive and personalized legal services grounded in tradition, trust, and excellence.

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR
1982
Ferrareze e Freitas Advogados was founded in Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, by the partners Dr. Celso Ferrareze and Dr. Gilberto Freitas, initially focusing on labor law.
1990
The firm strengthened its expertise in banking labor law, reinforcing the partnership between the founders.
1993
Opening of the Caxias do Sul office, marking the beginning of its expansion within Rio Grande do Sul.
1997
Expansion to Porto Alegre, further increasing the firm?s presence in the state.
2001
Offices opened in São Paulo (SP), Novo Hamburgo (RS), Chapecó (SC), and Curitiba (PR), expanding FFA?s reach to new states.
2005
Expansion to Rio de Janeiro, responding to growing local demand.
2006
Between 2006 and 2010, the firm expanded its national presence with new offices in Belo Horizonte (MG), Salvador (BA), Recife (PE), Florianópolis (SC), and Campinas (SP), strengthening its operations in the Southeast and Northeast regions.
2012
Establishes a presence in Brasília, the federal capital, extending its reach to strategic areas.
2016
With 14 offices, FFA rebranded and expanded its expertise into tax law.
2019
New offices opened in Uberlândia (MG), Cuiabá (MT), Campo Grande (MS), and Fortaleza (CE), enhancing its presence across multiple regions.
2020
First office in the Northern region of Brazil, in Manaus (AM).
2024
FFA Advogados expanded further with new offices in Vitória (ES), Santa Maria (RS), and Teresina (PI), consolidating its presence nationwide in 12 Brazilian states.
